Helyn came to us because of a private person who saw her go through the auction ring at the Toppenish Livestock auction. Helyn is totally blind and was picked up by Sheriff when her owner turned her loose to fend for herself. The Sheriff then took her to the auction yard. They ran her through the ring and of course no one bid on her. We got the call saying the auction yard was going to shoot her so we headed down there and picked her up. She has her own paddock and knows where everything is. She is a good girl but very timid.
